Hi there! I’m Emily Berdon, your Conejo Valley Realtor®

From a young age, I saw firsthand the power of real estate in building wealth. My parents, despite not having much, recognized the importance of homeownership and bought their first home when I was just two years old. Over the years, they leveraged their equity to upgrade to nicer homes until we were eventually living in our dream home. This experience ignited my passion for helping others build wealth through real estate, and enjoy the benefits of homeownership.

After moving my family from LA to the Conejo Valley, I fell in love with this area and began helping friends and clients discover all that it has to offer. 

At the time, there wasn’t much good, or relevant information online about the Conejo Valley. So I took it upon myself to remedy that with my Youtube Channel – At Home In Thousand Oaks. I enjoy creating videos & blogs that help people get a feel for the area.

Real estate is more than just a transaction to me; it’s personal.  It is a privilege to play a meaningful role in helping you create a life you love for now, and years to come.
